PROJECT 3 WIP

Because I am more unfamiliar with projection media I want to be able to play around with the projection and the surface and experiment with that rather than spending more time on the image being projected. Doing this will allow me to be more playful with a new medium because I am taking more time working with the medium itself rather than the art that is being projected. I think that building a contraption that will reflect and play with light in various ways could be interesting, especially if it also shifts depending on the point of view. While looking through different projection works I came across ones that used mirrors. I thought this was playful and could be done in multiple unique ways. I see myself using the reflective properties to my advantage by facing the mirror towards one another rather than using them to reflect light onto another surface. My projections will consist of various GIFs that work with and interact with the mirrored surface. I am still working on a concept but have in mind the direction I want to continue in.
